Irakli Tekturmanidze - Director

Irakli Tekturmanidze holds Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Caucasus School of Business (CSB) and Masters degree in Finance from CORIPE Piemonte, University of Turin. For one year, he studied Economics at a PhD program at Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education (CERGE) at Charles University in Prague.

Prior to joining TBSC, he worked at Synergy Group, a Georgian management consulting company. Irakli also has more than three years of experience in banking, where he held positions in treasury departments of several Georgian commercial banks.

Irakli joined TBSC as a Senior Consultant in January 2009 and managed Regional Infrastructure Development Impact Evaluation Project commissioned by Millennium Challenge Georgia (MCG) for more than a year. He was responsible for day-to-day management of the project team, including two subcontractors. In addition, Irakli managed several other consulting projects at TBSC. In August 2010 Irakli was promoted to the position of Director of the company. At the same time, Irakli also teaches finance-related subjects to undergraduate students at Caucasus School of Business.

Irakli is fluent in Georgian (native), English and Russian and has a fair knowledge of Italian.

Nino Vashakidze - Partner

Nino Vashakidze has degrees with honors in Business Administration (Tbilisi State University) and International Business and Management (Hogeschool Zeeland, the Netherlands). Prior to joining TBSC, she worked in several Georgian and American companies in Georgia and a Dutch company in the Netherlands.

Nino joined TBSC as a consultant in August 2006 and was promoted to Senior Consultant and Managing Partner positions. She successfully started, developed and finalized TBSC’s affiliation with Larive International and remains as lead for assisting Dutch companies in exploring business opportunities in the Caucasus. Together with Paul, Nino manages day-to-day and strategic operations of TBSC.

Her most recent consulting work includes: intensive analysis of industry preceding 2,5 USD million investment, assessment and advise on entry into Georgian dry foods market and strategic partner search in the U.S.

Nino is fluent in Georgian (native), English and Russian and speaks basic German and Dutch

Nino Cholokashvili - Partner, Senior Consultant

Nino Cholokashvili holds Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Caucasus School of Business (CSB). Prior to joining TBSC, she worked at German consulting company and participated in several projects funded by the World Bank.

Nino joined TBSC as a consultant in May 2007. Since August 2010 Nino is Partner and Commercial Director at TBSC Consulting. Together with Paul, Nino manages all company sales and promotion related activities. Nino also runs projects with specialty in heavy quantitative and qualitative analysis focus, leads Wage Survey project division and Trade Investment Missions (TIMs). At the same time, she manages joint projects of TBSC and Larive International that involve matching Dutch and local companies.

Her most recent consulting work includes: highest and best use analysis of properties in two largest cities in Georgia, market analysis of geothermal hot water supply in Saburtalo district, Wage Survey among 14 international companies in Georgia, market due diligence on bread market in Georgia.

Anna Ebanoidze - Senior Consultant

Anna holds bachelor degree In Business Administration with honor from European School of Management (ESM) and a Masters Degree in Economics from International School of Economics (ISET). Prior to joining TBSC, Anna worked for Sheraton in Georgia, researching Hospitality Industry in Tbilisi and for TBC Bank as a Credit Risk Manager where she implemented Basel II Credit Risk Management Standard.

Anna joined TBSC in May 2009 as a Senior Consultant working on Rural Infrastructure Impact Evaluation Project for Millennium Challenge Georgia (MCG) as a client. She has worked on identifying and analyzing impact areas of water system rehabilitation at a micro level and participated in building and implementing scientific economic model for measuring overall effect of the project on the economy. In addition, she participates in various consulting projects for commercial clients.

Anna is fluent in Georgian (native), English and Russian. She also speaks basic German and Italian.

Anzor Misabishvili - Consultant

Anzor Misabishvili is a Bachalor of Business Administration and Social Sciences from International Black Sea University (IBSU). Prior to joining TBSC, Anzor worked as an intern (assistant of economist) at United States Agency for International Development- Georgian Business Reform (USAID/GBCR), as well as an Import/Export Manager at two Georgian private companies: "Architectural Group and Partners" and "Flexo Labels LTD".

He joined TBSC in February 2010 as a consultant. Anzor's recent work at TBSC includes being a team member of the corporate development unit of one of the largest agricultural companies in Georgia "Margebeli JSC", where he is mainly responsible for fundraising activities for the company. He is also involved in the impact evaluation project of MCG's Regional Infrastructure Development (RID) program, where he performs impact analysis of water infrastructure rehabilitation projects on water utilities in five Georgian cities, which were the target of the RID program.

Anzor is fluent in Georgian (Native), English and Russian and has a good command of Turkish.

Salome Ivardava - Project Support

Salome Ivardava has graduated from The Institute of Asia and Africa, Turkish Language and Literature and completed her Turkish studies in Istanbul, Turkey.

Prior to joining TBSC, Salome worked at Turkish Embassy in Georgia organizing Turkish-Georgian Business Forums and was Project Coordinator at Tuyap Fairs and Exhibitions Center Caucasus.

She joind TBSC in March, 2007 as Project Support. At TBSC Salome assists consultants in execution of various consulting projects. In addition she manages TBSC Virtual and Serviced Executive Offices and is involved in TBSC promotional activities.

Nina Guldedava - Office Manager

Nina Guldedava has graduated from Tbilisi State University the faculty of Philology and comleted her English studies at International academy in London, the United Kingdom. Prior to joining TBSC, Nina worked as a proofreader for a Georgian Football Federation Newspaper, Copy Editor at a Publishing House and an English teacher at Georgian American School.

Nina joined TBSC in March 2005 as an Office Manager and has been managing the office since then. In addition Nina, assists consultants in executing various consulting projects.

Natia Tsipuria - Accountant

She has Graduated from Tbilisi State University, the faculty of Philology and completed her proffesionaltraining courses for Book-keepers at "Tbilisi Business and Management Institute" Ltd. Natia has built a substantial accounting experience over the past years as a financial manager of Caucasus Road Project and Cony Management and providing accounting services to various small and medium Georgian companies.

Natia joined TBSC in January 2007 and acts as a part-time tax accountant and a tax advisor.

Ana Papuashvili - Analyst

Ana Papuashvili is a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in financial management from Free University. Prior to joining TBSC, Ana worked as a Market Research analyst at Euromonitor International, as well as an Account Manager at Orient-Logic.

She joined TBSC in December 2010 as an analyst. Currently Ana works as a “Marhegebli JSC” business development group member. She collects and analyses information about agricultural industry, researches the various markets and companies.

Ana has worked for RID Impact Evaluation Project for Millennium Challenge Georgia (MCG). She performed impact analysis of water rehabilitation projects and measured overall effect using economic model on individual businesses in five Georgian cities.

Tamar Papava - Analyst

Tamar Papava is a bachalor of Business Administration from Georgian American University (GAU). Prior to joining TBSC, Tamar worked in various programs at the American Councils for International Education.

She joined TBSC in December, 2010 as an analyst. Tamar is a member of the Margebeli JSC corporate development team. She collects and analyzes company and market information as well as provides assistance in research and presentations.

Gaga Nikabadze - Agribusiness Consultant

Gaga Nikabadze holds bachelor degree B.A from Agribusiness Teaching Centre, collaborative project of Armenian Agricultural Academy and Tax A&M University, MBA in agribusiness from Georgian Agrarian University and is PhD candidate in agriculture economics in Georgian Agrarian University.

Prior to joining TBSC Gaga worked for the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia. Gaga also has more than two years working experience in banking sector where he was responsible for agribusiness project evaluation and agriculture credit product design. He has two year working experience with donor organizations on agribusiness related issues both on national and regional levels.

Gaga joined TBSC as an Agribusiness Consultant in May 2011 and is responsible for agribusiness primary production management consulting and agribusiness value chain analysis for various agribusiness projects.

Nika Cholokashvili - Analyst

Nika Cholokashvili holds Bachelors degree with honors in Business Administration from International Black Sea University (IBSU). Prior to joining TBSC, he worked for several Georgian and International companies.
