We recently did a Wage Survey for office, service and management staff among 12 large international companies in Georgia including, BP, Maersk Georgia, HSBC, British American Tobacco and Vtel. The survey includes wage levels and non-cash benefits among staff in Tbilisi. Distributions of wages are reported in five functional areas and seven job levels (a total of 35 comparable groups).

As a result, survey participants were able to assess their compensation system based on actual wages paid in the market, better manage their compensation budgets, focus extra amounts on key positions (HiPos), design more competitive non-cash benefit packages and manage staff turnover rates.
