Paul R. Clark MSEng, MBA, CPT - President

Mr. Clark is the Director and the President of TBSC. He has been helping boards of directors and governments develop new strategies and methods for more than 25 years. He has worked in Georgia for both business and government for nine years. He has been in charge of large due diligence projects in Georgia and abroad, for EBRD and Partnership Fund among them. His industry experience includes manufacturing, real estate, food production and secondary processing, logistical parks and light industry.

Mr. Clark has BS and MS degrees in Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance with Honors from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.

Tengiz Lomitashvili - Managing Consultant, Partner

Tengiz Lomitashvili holds Masters and Bachelors degree with honors in International Economics from Tbilisi State University and also advanced certificates for selected courses from MBA program at Georgian American University (GAU). 

Before rejoining TBSC in 2012, Tengiz Lomitashvili worked in a real estate development and investment company - Development Solutions (Silk Road Group) as a Marketing Manager and head of marketing function for 3 years. From 2010 he worked as a Commercial Representative in a leading consumer research company TNS. Having played the role of a client as well as the role of a performer during his career, he has developed a 360-degree view and unique qualifications in the field of consulting, marketing, market research, industry feasibility studies, investment projects, real estate and hospitality, project management. During his tenure with TBSC Consulting, he has large and innovative consultancy projects in Georgia for TBSC's clients.

Martijn Kanters - Associate

Real Estate & Hospitality 

Martijn Kanters has been working in the real estate industry in Central & Eastern Europe for almost 15 years. His specialization is in the field of urban & economic development, real estate development and investment strategies and commercial feasibility & concept design.

He has held senior roles at Ecorys, Middle Europe Investments, and DTZ. Since 2012, he is based in Georgia and was the lead author of Georgia Real Estate Market Overview 2012. Martijn is a member of IURS, the CEE Institute for Sustainable Urban Development and an advisory board member of INTA, the International Urban Development Association.

Nina Guldedava - Office Manager

Nina Guldedava has graduated from Tbilisi State University the faculty of Philology and completed her English studies at International Academy in London, the United Kingdom. Prior to joining TBSC, Nina worked as a proofreader for a Georgian Football Federation Newspaper, Copy Editor at a Publishing House and an English teacher at Georgian American School.Nina joined TBSC in March 2005 as an Office Manager and has been managing the office since then. In addition, Nina assists consultants in executing various consulting projects.

Nina is fluent in Georgian (Native), English and Russian.

Natia Tsipuria; MBA - Accountant

Natia Tsipuria has Graduated from Tbilisi State University, the faculty of Philology and completed her professional training courses for Book-keepers at "Tbilisi Business and Management Institute" Ltd. Natia holds MBA with Finance specialization from Grenoble Ecole de Management. Natia has built a substantial accounting experience over the past years as a financial manager of Caucasus Road Project and Cony Management and providing accounting services to various small and medium Georgian companies.

Natia joined TBSC in January 2007 and acts as a part-time tax accountant and a tax advisor.

Natia is fluent in Georgian (Native), English and Russian.
